About the event
This class is a part of the Craniosacral Unwinding training offered at IPSB School of Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, therapeutic bodywork modality that is supportive for people of all ages. Utilizing deep listening skills, gentle tissue manipulation techniques are used to facilitate the body's organic unwinding process, rather than being forcefully applied past the body's protective boundaries. This allows the body to release tension as it is ready, thereby preventing additional trauma to the system.
In this first class of the series students learn the anatomy and theory behind the Craniosacral phenomenon and a basic approach to the Craniosacral system that is non-invasive and gets people to quickly relax at very deep level.
