💫 join my open monthly workshop to explore constellations practices!

we will do 1 - 2 constellations depending on time chosen by lottery.

this is an integrative circle, so we might do different forms of constellations sessions depending on what is emerging in the relational field.

about constellations:

constellations are group sessions that allow people to look at systemic dynamics. whenever we engage in growth, we face the challenges and patterns that we need to shift in order to expand. we might become aware of limiting beliefs and loops when we start reaching towards our dreams and aspirations. 

since many of our patterns are subconscious, it can be hard to identify what shapes them. they can be traumas from our current lifetimes, ie. prenatal, birth, developmental, and they can also be passed down through our ancestors. 

constellations allows those energies to be present and embodied, so we can restore the flow of energy and love to the systems of which we hold and are a part. please join me if it aligns for you!

there will be one primary client (chosen by lottery) who will receive the constellation, and others attending might be asked to represent various aspects of their issue - to notice what sensations/thoughts/emotions arise when stepping into that role.

you can choose to be a witness; participation as a representative is always voluntary and you can always say no and just witness. however, even being a witness can still be very powerful process if you resonate deeply with the constellation.
